2026 SSA Application

Westside Health Authority (WHA) seeks a consultant to assist WHA’s Special Service Area staff in completing the 2026 SSA Application as required by the City of Chicago Department of Planning and Development for the reconstitution of the existing SSA #72 The Village – Chicago Avenue Cultural Corridor. The Consultant will begin April 30, 2025 and will be on retainer until no later than December 2025.

The completed proposal is due no later than Noon April 25, 2025. Please direct your questions, and send completed proposals via email, to:
